NoiseNest(이하 "앱")는 개인 개발자가 제작한 iOS용 백색소음·수면 사운드 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱 이용과 관련하여 어떤 정보가 어떻게 처리되는지 설명합니다.
NoiseNest는 완전 오프라인으로 동작하는 앱입니다. 회원가입이나 로그인 절차가 없으며, 자체 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 사운드 재생, 볼륨 조절, 프리셋 저장, 슬립 타이머 등 모든 핵심 기능은 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리됩니다.
개발자는 이용자를 식별할 수 있는 개인정보(이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등)를 수집하지 않습니다.
이용자가 저장한 사운드 조합(프리셋) 정보는 이용자 기기 내부(App Group 공유 저장소)에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 홈 화면 위젯은 같은 기기 안에서 이 정보를 읽어 최근 프리셋을 표시하는 용도로만 사용합니다.
앱은 화면 하단 배너 광고 표시를 위해 Google이 제공하는 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용합니다. 이 SDK는 광고 제공 및 측정을 위해 광고 식별자(IDFA), 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 위 2-3항에서 설명한 것과 같이, 광고 표시를 위해 Google이 자체 정책에 따라 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
기기에 로컬로 저장되는 프리셋 등의 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 별도로 보관하는 이용자 데이터는 없습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 기기의 설정 앱에서 앱 추적 권한을 변경하거나, 앱을 삭제하여 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터를 제거할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

NoiseNest ("the App") is an iOS white-noise / sleep-sound app made by an individual developer. This policy explains what information is processed in connection with your use of the App.
NoiseNest works fully offline. There is no account creation or sign-in, and the developer does not operate any backend server. All core features — playback, volume control, saved presets, and the sleep timer — are processed entirely on your device.
The developer does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Saved sound combinations (presets) are stored only in a local, on-device shared storage area (an App Group container) and are never transmitted to any server. The Home Screen widget reads this same on-device data to display your recent presets.
The App uses Google's Mobile Ads SDK to display a banner ad. This SDK may process an advertising identifier (IDFA), device information, and approximate location for ad delivery and measurement.
The developer does not sell your information or share it with third parties, except that Google processes advertising-related data as described in section 2-3 above, under its own policies.
Locally stored data such as presets is removed when you delete the App. The developer does not separately retain any user data.
You can change tracking permissions at any time from your device's Settings app, or delete the App to remove all data stored on your device.
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
